We have been using Dean for a few years with repairs and a split system in the garage. A few weeks ago our ducted system gave up the ghost after 20 years. We knew it was time for replacement but were shocked by the price. Way less than expected and the entire system was replaced the next day. We now realise how inefficient the older system was. Dean is an absolute legend. Our AC had stopped working due to shorting, and the flipper in the circuit board was not working.  Dean did not charge me a dime for fixing it as it was not because of the AC. He called his sparky mate to troubleshoot it and got it fixed in a minute. Dean and his team are brilliant. They went right out of their way to help us. We are renting and got the run around from the Real Estate and were left with no aircon for nearly a week in January when it was 40+ days. I called Dean and within an hour he had some of his boys out to fix the problem. I had a follow up call regarding my electricity bill which was extremely high and he was on the phone with me approximately 20 mins explaining it to me and told me he would come out and set up our air conditioning timer for us. Dean and his team are amazing !!! We had issues with our ducted air con and the company that installed it kept telling us that there was nothing wrong with it and kept making us feel like we were a newence.
